Intercontinental Toronto Centre By Ihg Hotel

Favourable location not far from the ballpark, and Rogers Centre, it's very central. There's variety of restaurants to choose from, like Bourbon st Grill, located within 5 minutes walk or so, we liked this place.

Its location was central, minutes from Ripley's Aquarium of Canada. Superior double room accommodated us perfectly.

Fairly clean place & nice staff at the reception desk. Located right in the heart of the city, easy to find. Adjacent to the CN Tower, aquarium and waterfront as well as St Lawrence food market.

It's brilliant low cost hotel with genuinely nice staff. They have a wide array of meals to choose from, the food is different!

Rooms were spacious and neat as expected. All necessary things are available (ice cube machine in the corridor, glasses, care products,...). The location's great. You can reach the CN-Tower and the Aquarium in about 5 minutes. The UnionStation is right next door and with the UPExpress you have a direct connection to the airport. All sights of the city are within walking distance. Breakfast is good. There are many restaurants in the vicinity.

If problems arise, the hotel staff (reception) is not helpful.

The spa area was unattended. The entrance area wasn`t nice.

We received an upgrade to the Intercontinental Club! Its benefits (food, soft drinks, lounge) were very good! The staff was very friendly.

I had 2 superior double rooms for 6 nights each. On day of departure i requested to keep one of the rooms till 2: 15 pm, Surprisingly i was allowed till 1:30 only. I think it was not a big deal for the hotel these extra 45 minutes for one of the rooms.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the location is simply perfect!

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with a beautifully maintained interior and a perfect location only 0.5 km from Union station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

The location of the hotel is fantastic: in the Entertainment District with many restaurants and theatres in the area, in walking dastance of the main attractions - the CN Tower. The UP airport shuttle also stops right next door. The rooms are comfortably furnished, great beds and very clean.

The restaurant in the hotel is rather expensive, which is why we didn't use it, and the fact that W-Lan, not even in the lobby, wasn`t available for free is also a drawback - even most Tim Horton's or Starbucks places now offer it for free, so we always had breakfast there and killed two birds with one stone.

Great location for ACC.Knowledgeable staff.

We arrived at a quiet time to check in. I am glad we did because later there was a long line waiting for service at the desk.
